How do I use the headset’s mute function during a call or online meeting?
During a call or online meeting, simply press the mute button once to mute the headset microphone. Press it again to unmute.
Will the headset automatically shut down when disconnected?
Yes. This wireless work headset with microphone will automatically shut down if it is not connected to a device for more than 10 minutes.
Can this headset connect to two devices at the same time?
A: This headset supports dual-device pairing (one active audio stream).
1. The PC is connected via USB-A, and the phone is connected via Bluetooth.
2. For the PC audio to work, you must disconnect the phone. The PC will then connect automatically.
What should I do if the device fails to connect?
1.With the device on, long-press both volume buttons for 5 seconds to clear its memory. (The light will flash solid purple for 1 second to confirm.)
2.On your phone, turn on Bluetooth, find “TK-HS026”, and tap to pair.
How do I reconnect the headset? What should I do if the connection drops?
Once paired, the headset will try to reconnect automatically each time it’s powered on. If it doesn’t reconnect within 5 minutes, it will turn off automatically. If reconnection fails, please follow the Pairing Procedure to connect manually.
