Energy Monitoring: Meross Matter smart plug can monitor energy consumption. It houses an internal power meter, and the Meross app provides real-time updates on the energy usage of your devices, as well as historical data. It can also measure electricity production, making it suitable for monitoring Photovoltaic Solar Panels on the balcony.
About Matter: The Matter agreement is led by dominant platforms like Apple, Google, Alexa, and Samsung, alongside over 500 global companies. This Matter plug can connect to and control any Matter-enabled apps and devices. There’s no need to install third-party apps, sign up for cloud accounts, or worry about any tracking.
Voice Control/Offline Control: Matter smart plug works with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home. You can manage your devices simply by using voice commands like “Hey Siri, turn on the light” or “Alexa, turn off the fan”. Even if the internet is down, Matter smart home devices can still communicate and be controlled effortlessly within the local network. Alternatively, you can carry on controlling the WiFi plugs via the Meross app.
