Charge your Surface devices via a 45W 15V3A USB-C Power Delivery (PD) wall charger or external battery. Just pack a USB-C charger to charge a variety of devices, including Surface, on the go. This cable is very lightweight and portable, it can also be used as a spare charger.
Requirement: This cable requires a USB-C power bank or charger capable of delivering 45W 15V3A output. Check the specifications of your USB-C charger to make sure it says “15V/3A”. Some PD chargers and most phone chargers are not compatible with this cable.
COMMON ISSUES: 1. If the LED flashes: it means that your charger has insufficient power. Use a USB-C charger of 15V3A and 45W or more. 2. Phone and tablet chargers do not work: lack of 15V or less than 45W. Older Mcbook chargers, such as A1718, A1719, A1540, A1882, are not compatible. 3. If the LED does not light up: try another 15V/3A 45W charger. If the problem persists, contact us.
