Do the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) feature and button controls work when using the audio cable (AUX-In)?
No. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and certain controls are available in Bluetooth mode only. When connected via the audio cable, these features are not supported.
How should I use ANC mode for a better experience?
ANC reduces steady background noise (e.g., road hum), but won’t fully block voices or sudden sounds. For a better experience, ensure both ear cups seal around your ears without gaps from hair, glasses, or earrings.
What should I do if the headphones do not pair?
Ensure your Bluetooth device isn’t connected to another headphone and keep both devices within 1 m (3.3 ft). If issues persist, hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off, then hold for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
How can I get the most comfortable fit?
The soft ear cushions and adjustable headband adapt to your head shape within a few days. Start with the mid-length headband setting and use the swivel ear cups to align with your ears for a snug fit.
